Direct answer

Before approaching candidates, define the work and confirm that the workplace can employ and support a foreign worker under the relevant route. Nationality does not determine the correct visa. The actual duties, employer eligibility, candidate evidence, contract, arrival sequence and post-entry support must fit together.

Seven checks

  1. Describe duties, site, shifts, skills and safety risks in one job sheet.
  2. Match the job and employer to the latest visa or employment-permit rules.
  3. Use the same evidence questions in document screening and interviews.
  4. Explain pay, deductions, hours, housing and work location in an understood language.
  5. Assign owners for arrival, housing, account setup, orientation and workplace mentoring.
  6. Keep contracts, permits, education records, explanations and cost records with update dates.
  7. Hold a final review with HR, the worksite, payroll/labor staff and recruitment partners.

Do not promise an entry or starting date before the necessary approvals and evidence are complete. A partner can coordinate tasks, but the employer remains responsible for the real job, lawful conditions, safety and workplace management. Keep the written offer consistent with actual deployment and record who explains each condition.

FAQ

What document should be prepared first?

A one-page hiring requirement sheet covering duties, conditions, timing, evidence and support ownership.

Can the recruitment partner make every decision?

No. The employer must verify the job, contract, workplace and ongoing obligations. Compare the available visa pathways and check the responsible authority before signing.
