We are a global human-resources development company that lawfully connects talent from Nepal, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, and Sri Lanka with companies in Korea and Japan.

Jeongwoo Human Resource Development Institute connects talent from Nepal, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, and Sri Lanka with companies in Korea and Japan. In Nepal we run vocational training directly; in the other countries we select candidates with local partners. We lawfully connect talent equipped with job, language, and cultural skills to each company’s requirements.
In July 2026, we signed MOUs with six organizations in Nepal to strengthen cooperation for worker selection, qualification verification, education, and immigration administration.
